Woven from strong fine fibres in an extremely close weave, that is actually 2 layers of the same fabric bonded together to produce a heavier weight and extremely strong, durable and stable fabric with a crisp and almost waxed handle. With a fine grained characteristic linen and crosshatched style features fine slubs throughout, featuring a very matte finish with a loved washed & worn effect that has a pre-loved reliable feel. Suited to more structured styles and hard-wearing utility styles such as worker jackets, overcoats, French style herba aprons, messenger bags, hats, caps & other craft makes. A timeless fabric that will stand the test of time.
